The Economelt 10 120V (220V also available) Industrial Hot Melt Package expands Glue Machinery Corporation’s  Hot Melt System product line. This system was designed specifically to cover the basic needs and requirements for smaller operations on a budget.

The Economelt 10 melts hot melt at precise temperatures, pumps hot melt through one hose with adjustable flow rates, and allows for precise dots or beads of hot melt from the included lightweight EconoChamp handgun.

The EconoChamp handgun with .055″ orifice nozzle is lightweight, durable, low cost, and offers ease of use and repair.

This system consists of the following components and features:

120 or 240 VAC Hot Melt Tank	One 8′ heated hose	One bottom fed hot melt EconoChamp handgun with nozzle	10 lb capacity teflon lined tank with melt fins for good melt rate

The EconoMelt 10 has an all steel enclosure (with no plastic) that ensures durability and long system life in even the toughest industrial environments.

Air regulator to vary output pressure and volume.	Flexible Heated hose has 12″ bend radius and is well constructed	High Volume constant pressure piston pump with air motor and pressure relief valve. Easily accessible pump and components for service.	Three thermostatically controlled temperature zones
